Destinee brings a comprehensive, start to finish understanding of the real estate and mortgage process, built from hands-on experience in both transaction coordination and real estate sales.

She entered the industry at just 20 years old as a transaction coordinator, where she managed contracts, timelines, and compliance from contract to closing. In that role, she worked closely with agents, lenders, and title, gaining an in-depth understanding of the moving parts that keep a transaction on track.

While working full time, Destinee earned her real estate license in 2019, expanding her expertise beyond operations into client facing representation. This dual background gives her a unique advantage. She not only understands how to manage a file efficiently, but also how each decision impacts the client experience from
both the real estate and lending side.

Today, as a loan processor, Destinee plays a critical role in ensuring every file moves forward smoothly, accurately, and on time. She is highly detail oriented, proactive in communication, and skilled at anticipating and resolving issues before they become delays. Her ability to coordinate across all parties involved helps create a seamless experience for both clients and partners.

Destinee also brings a personal understanding of the homebuying journey, having purchased her first home at a young age while navigating major life transitions. This perspective allows her to approach each file with empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting clients through what is often one of the most
important financial decisions of their lives.
